IMPLEMENTING GREEN COMMUNITY LEGISLATION

"According to the AIA, in 2007 just 14 percent of all cities with populations over 50,000 had formal Green-Building programs…In order to develop such policy efforts, and specifically to expand green affordable housing, Enterprise Community Partners recently launched a web-based Green Policy Toolkit for groups interested in implementing local green-building requirements."
